Description

You will coordinate application portfolio and technology/business capability governance, support architectural standards, and help create IT solution concepts together with business and IT teams. You’ll ensure solution consistency across stakeholders, identify dependencies between initiatives, and recommend improvements to the IT landscape. The role also involves maintaining the architecture repository and supporting decision-making through architectural models and change impact analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities related to managing the application portfolio, technologies, and business capabilities

  • Support development of architectural standards and oversee their application in projects

  • Support projects in creating IT solution concepts

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure solution coherence

  • Identify dependencies between initiatives and recommend actions to improve the IT landscape

  • Support decision-making by providing architectural models and change impact analyses

  • Develop and maintain the architecture repository (e.g., in Enterprise Architect)

  • Support architectural governance and collaboration culture between IT and business teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, including experience as a corporate architect or IT solutions architect

  • Practical knowledge of architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate)

  • Understanding of business processes, technologies, and their interdependencies

  • Ability to work with architectural models, gap analyses, roadmaps, and application lifecycle

  • Experience with architecture modeling and management tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, LeanIX, ADOIT)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder work

  • Strategic thinking connecting business and technology perspectives

  • English required (speaking and writing), at least B2
