Enterprise Solutions Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced technology professional who will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to support the development of enterprise technology initiatives.

The role focuses on understanding business priorities, clarifying technology needs and coordinating the involvement of the appropriate technical teams. The person will support initiatives across areas such as enterprise applications, system integration, automation, cloud services and application development.

A key part of the position is ensuring effective cooperation between stakeholders, architects, product teams and delivery specialists. The role also requires maintaining visibility of planned and ongoing initiatives, identifying risks and dependencies, and supporting informed technology decisions.

This is not a traditional Project Manager or PMO position. The emphasis is on business partnership, early-stage initiative development, technology coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
• Develop a clear understanding of business priorities, challenges and planned technology initiatives.
• Organize regular discussions with stakeholders regarding current and upcoming needs.
• Clarify business objectives, expected outcomes, priorities and constraints.
• Turn initial ideas and high-level requests into structured technology requirements.
• Support stakeholders in defining the scope and expected value of new initiatives.
• Identify suitable technology capabilities, teams and areas of expertise.
• Coordinate initial assessments, feasibility reviews and high-level estimations.
• Work with architects and technical specialists to evaluate possible solution approaches.
• Present available options, dependencies, risks and limitations in a clear and structured way.
• Support business case preparation, investment discussions and prioritization decisions.
• Connect stakeholders with the appropriate product, platform, architecture and delivery teams.
• Ensure that relevant technical experts are involved at an early stage.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology teams.
• Support the transition of approved initiatives into implementation.
• Coordinate selected smaller initiatives when dedicated project management support is not required.
• Maintain an overview of planned requests, ongoing initiatives and stakeholder priorities.
• Monitor key risks, dependencies, decisions and technology commitments.
• Identify potential conflicts related to capacity, delivery timelines or solution roadmaps.
• Provide stakeholders with clear updates and highlight topics requiring decisions or action.
• Create and maintain supporting documentation, templates and capability materials.
• Improve cooperation, knowledge sharing and ways of working across technology teams.
• Identify recurring needs and opportunities for process or technology improvements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise IT, business analysis, technology management, digital transformation, solution delivery or a related area.
• Experience working in complex, international organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and delivery processes.
• Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured technology requirements.
• Experience coordinating input from multiple technology teams and areas of expertise.
• Exposure to one or more of the following areas:

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate understands how enterprise technology organizations operate and can work effectively across business and technical teams.

They are able to identify stakeholder needs, bring structure to unclear requests and involve the right specialists at the appropriate stage. They communicate clearly, take ownership of assigned topics and maintain a practical balance between business priorities, technology capabilities and delivery constraints.
