• Location: Based in Olomouc; responsible for IT across the Czech Republic and Slovakia

Description

You will coordinate IT operations and improvements for business and production units in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, partnering with external IS providers, international stakeholders, and local end users. The work includes system administration (with external partners), IT infrastructure maintenance and modernization, application enhancements, user training, and enforcing data security best practices. You will also support IT project budgeting and coordinate cyber security rollout aligned with centralized requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the information system in the Czech Republic and Slovakia: define goals for external providers, coordinate support, and monitor performance

• Handle maintenance, modernization, and expansion of the company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, software)

• Implement and improve applications and optimize business processes

• Train and support business users regarding new system features and improved processes

• Implement security policies across all devices and ensure users follow data protection practices

• Manage IT budgets and control project costs

• Coordinate and monitor cyber security measures rollout, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2

• Awareness of SAP modules and ability to partner with the centralized SAP team

• Experience with cloud platforms

• Orientation in cybersecurity software and implementing new centralized security procedures

• Knowledge of software for server and network administration

• Ability to provide support for Windows and Microsoft Office 365
