Description

We are looking for a hands-on Technical IT Project Manager to drive infrastructure and technology projects across an international Group Digital Services team. You will lead infrastructure initiatives and technical infrastructure workstreams within application-related projects such as implementations, migrations, and modernization. The role is not purely administrative—you must be comfortable working close to technology, understanding technical discussions, and translating them into clear plans, decisions, and actions.

Your role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of infrastructure, cloud, and technology projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
  • Drive infrastructure initiatives and technical workstreams within application implementations, migrations, upgrades, and modernization programs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, application teams, and technology partners to define requirements, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Translate technical requirements and dependencies into structured project plans, milestones, and actionable deliverables.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies across infrastructure, cloud platforms, integrations, and enterprise applications.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks, technical challenges, and organizational obstacles.
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams, business stakeholders, international locations, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, milestones, and deliverables using Jira and provide clear status reporting and escalation when required.
  • Drive accountability, maintain relevant project documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices within Digital Operations.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience managing technical IT projects in infrastructure, cloud, migration, or modernization environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and dependencies between infrastructure and enterprise applications.
  • Ability to understand technical discussions, identify risks and dependencies, and translate them into clear decisions, plans, and actions.
  • Strong ownership mentality with a proactive, hands-on approach to driving initiatives and resolving obstacles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across engineering teams, application specialists, business stakeholders, management, and external technology partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives while maintaining focus on priorities, dependencies, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
  • Very good English communication skills (Polish is an advantage but not required).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS environments.
  • Experience with Jira, Microsoft 365 or comparable collaboration and project management tools.
  • Experience working in international and geographically distributed teams.
  • Project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or agile certifications.
  • Experience managing technical workstreams within enterprise application implementation projects.

Benefits

  • Great opportunity for personal development in a stable and friendly large multinational company.
  • Career growth and additional education; training courses; language courses.
  • Company events; flexible working hours.
