Description

You will provide everyday IT support (L1/L2) and act as the local coordinator for cyber security. The role includes supervising data and cyber security processes, incident handling, and risk management, while aligning execution with the group’s central strategy. You’ll also prepare inputs for internal and external audits and maintain local information security procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily L1/L2 IT support for user requests, technical issues, and common questions

  • Collaborate with IT on inventory processes for IT/ICT systems

  • Ensure data and cyber security in line with company priorities and strategy

  • Supervise implementation of the group’s cyber security requirements at the company level

  • Oversee cyber security risk management processes

  • Prepare and update local information security procedures

  • Ensure security procedures reflect the company’s real operating model

  • Oversee ICT security incident management: receive and pre-validate reports, then hand off to central CSIRT/SOC

  • Classify incidents by severity and provide impact and corrective-action information to CSIRT/SOC

  • Coordinate with the Personal Data Protection Coordinator

  • Support reporting of data breaches and cyber security incidents

  • Coordinate and control rollout and effective use of group-provided security tools, especially security monitoring platforms

  • Prepare documents and reports for internal/external audits; implement actions and provide regular management reporting

Requirements

  • Degree in IT/cybersecurity/risk management (university or secondary), preferred

  • Native-level Czech

  • English B2 for daily communication and reporting

  • 2–3+ years of IT experience with cybersecurity overlap (international environment is a plus)

  • Practical experience with IT support (L1/L2) and understanding of IT infrastructure and incident resolution

  • Communication and organizational skills

  • Analytical and critical thinking

  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to employees in training

  • Independence and thoroughness
