Description

You will design ICT, OT, and cybersecurity architectures for strategic investment projects, creating technical concepts and target architectures for new services, systems, and technology platforms. The role also includes architectural oversight of implementations, verification of compliance with project assumptions, and identification of technology and security risks with mitigation recommendations. You will participate in technical acceptances (FAT/SAT) and help create architectural standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design ICT, OT, and cybersecurity solution architecture for strategic investment projects
• Develop concepts and target architectures for new services, systems, and technology platforms
• Define functional and non-functional requirements; contribute to project documentation and PFU
• Select technologies and development directions aligned with business needs, corporate architecture, and strategy
• Provide architectural supervision, verifying implementation alignment with project requirements
• Support project, investment, and implementation teams as an expert in ICT, OT, and cybersecurity
• Identify technology and security risks and recommend mitigation actions
• Participate in technical acceptances, project reviews, and FAT/SAT processes
• Co-create standards, guidelines, and best practices for architecture used across the organization
• Participate in procurement and tender processes related to technology infrastructure development
• Monitor technology trends and recommend innovative solutions supporting digital and energy transformation

Requirements

• Technical higher education in IT/engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, IT Architect, OT Architect, or similar
• Experience designing and implementing solutions for ICT, OT, or cybersecurity environments
• Ability to map business needs into technology requirements and solution architecture
• Experience delivering infrastructure/transformational/investment projects
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture, data centers, and high-availability environments
• Knowledge of server, storage, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, hyperconverged solutions)
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, SAN, and network security solutions
• Experience designing cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity systems and services: SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM, PAM, PKI, MFA
• Knowledge of OT architecture and systems: SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU
• Knowledge of industrial protocols: Modbus, OPC UA, IEC 61850, DNP3, MQTT, Profinet
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and critical infrastructure standards and regulations, especially IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, and KSC
• Ability to model architectures using UML, ArchiMate, or related notations
• Experience working with CASE tools, especially Enterprise Architect
• Excellent English enabling work with technical documentation and collaboration with technology vendors

Optional Qualifications

• Experience delivering energy, industrial, or infrastructure investments
• Knowledge of the specific environment of energy companies
• Architecture or security certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA, CISSP, IEC 62443)
• Experience in enterprise architecture management
