Description

Lead end-to-end IT projects by coordinating project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of assigned initiatives. You will manage planning, schedule/budget/scope/quality, risk monitoring, status reporting, and project meetings while proactively removing delivery blockers. Work closely with technical and business clients to keep communication clear and trust-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects end-to-end (schedule, budget, scope, quality)

• Plan and coordinate IT project execution aligned with business and technical goals

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, at the required quality, and per initial assumptions

• Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders

• Monitor risks and act before they become problems

• Provide reporting, status updates, and transparent communication

• Organize and run project meetings

• Support teams in removing impediments affecting delivery

• Collaborate with clients and business/technical stakeholders

• Maintain clear, concrete, trust-building project communication

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects

• Proven end-to-end project experience (from initiation to implementation and stabilization)

• Strong ability to manage project schedule, scope, and budget

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

• Understanding of how IT systems are built and implemented; ability to discuss with team and client

• Ability to identify and manage project risks

• Independent, proactive, and well-organized work style

• Clear communicator, receptive to feedback, and able to build good relationships

• Knowledge of project management methodologies: PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall

• PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner or AgilePM Foundation/Practitioner certification (or equivalent)

• Experience using project tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence
