Description

Lead end-to-end IT development projects from initiation through planning, delivery, monitoring, reporting, presentation of outputs, evaluation, and closure. Manage schedules, run regular meetings and agile ceremonies, coordinate task flows and dependencies, and ensure effective project communication and team motivation. Oversee project documentation, analyze risks and opportunities, manage resources and change control, and report progress both internally and to the project customer.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/reporting, output presentations, evaluation, and closure

• Create and maintain project implementation timelines

• Organize and lead regular meetings and agile ceremonies

• Coordinate work procedures and dependencies across tasks

• Manage project communication, support and motivate project members

• Control and maintain complete project documentation

• Analyze and manage risks and opportunities

• Manage all available project resources

• Coordinate collaboration on entry analyses defining scope and project goals

• Support procurement/tender processes and contractual setup

• Manage changes in the project

• Monitor delivery schedule, outputs, and acceptance by stakeholders

• Report delivery status to the internal project team and externally to the project customer

Requirements

• Experience leading IT development projects

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and also experience with waterfall delivery

• JIRA knowledge; advantage with advanced JIRA configuration and administration

• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)

• Logical thinking, proactivity, and independent problem solving

• Flexibility and friendly, communicative professional demeanor

• Independence, responsibility, teamwork ability, willingness to learn

• Experience implementing systems in public administration (advantage)

• PM certification (IPMA or PRINCE2, or ITIL) (advantage)

• Clear criminal record (trestní bezúhonnost)

• Knowledge of transportation-related laws (advantage)
