Description

You will drive the introduction of company software systems by connecting business, IT, and suppliers to ensure everything works smoothly from selection through launch. The role includes turning user needs into clear requirements, running vendor selection and contract negotiation, managing implementation (schedule, budget, risks, changes), and coordinating testing, training, and go-live handover. You will regularly inform leadership about project status.

Responsibilities

• Gather with users what they truly need and translate it into clear requirements

• Select vendors (from tender process to contract negotiation)

• Lead implementation: schedule, budget, risks, and change management

• Coordinate testing, training, and system handover to production

• Provide regular project updates to leadership

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing IT implementation projects

• Experience with tender processes and vendor negotiations

• Familiarity with project methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile)

• Knowledge of IT supply contract terms (SLA, acceptance, licensing)

• Communicative English
