Description

You will lead large-scale business and technology transformation projects end-to-end, from initiation through closure.

You will define project goals, scope, deliverables, and execution approach, maintain a project roadmap with milestones, manage budget and schedule, identify and mitigate risks, and coordinate dependencies and communications across business and technology stakeholders.

You will also prepare status and management reports and maintain PMO-compliant project management standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage business projects and initiatives at the business–technology interface

• Define goals, scope, results, and delivery approach amid changing priorities

• Build and manage project roadmap, key phases, and milestones

• Plan, monitor, and control project budget; recommend optimization actions

• Manage schedule and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes

• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks; implement mitigation actions

• Manage dependencies between projects, teams, and business/technology initiatives

• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders; ensure transparent progress reporting

• Prepare project status updates, management reports, and decision-support recommendations

• Maintain and promote high project management standards aligned with PMO practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale and complex projects with many stakeholders and business areas

• Ability to plan and run projects across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management approaches

• Experience with stakeholder management and projects delivered with business and IT teams

• Ability to identify project risks, assess impact, and take preventive actions

• High communication, organization, and negotiation skills

• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make decisions based on facts

• Independence, responsibility, and ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence
