Description

You will manage complex IT implementation projects from initiation and planning through successful deployment into production. You’ll coordinate the customer with internal teams (analysts, developers, architects, testers, and others) and keep scope, timelines, budget, capacity, dependencies, and risks under control. You will also handle change requests, lead project/status meetings, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive IT implementation projects from initiation to handover into production

• Prepare and continuously update project plan and schedule

• Manage scope, deadlines, budget, capacity, risks, and dependencies

• Coordinate internal teams, the customer, and as needed external partners

• Monitor progress and ensure delivery against agreed milestones

• Organize and lead project and status meetings

• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including customer management

• Handle change requests and assess their impact on scope, timeline, and budget

• Identify risks, propose mitigation measures, and escalate issues when necessary

• Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and testers to deliver the solution

• Ensure agreements with the customer are clear and that the project is on track for successful handover

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects

• Practical experience implementing information systems or software solutions for customers

• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

• Ability to independently take ownership of the project and its result

• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and changes

• Experience communicating with customers and stakeholders across organizational levels

• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

• Ability to name problems, propose solutions, and drive agreed actions to completion

• Strong orientation in development, integration, and implementation of information systems (ability to lead technical discussions)
