Description

Drive continuous improvement of the business application landscape by delivering innovative IT solutions that support business growth and efficiency. Lead end-to-end IT projects from concept through implementation, ensuring on-time, within-budget, high-quality delivery. Manage software releases and system enhancements and partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects (concept → implementation)

• Coordinate software releases and system enhancements for seamless deployment

• Plan and communicate releases/go-lives, including cutover and hypercare

• Create functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process documentation

• Optimize and standardize business processes using technology to improve user experience and operational performance

Requirements

• University degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Economics, or comparable qualification

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or process management

• Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong requirements engineering, business analysis, and process design capabilities

• Experience coordinating release/go-live planning across systems/teams (release calendar, cutover, hypercare)

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams, IT teams, shared service centers, external vendors, and stakeholders

• Fluent English (B2–C1)

• Experience with project/portfolio/architecture tools (Jira/BigPicture, Confluence, LeanIX)
