Description

You will independently lead IT projects from planning and defining goals, scope, schedule, and budget through implementation and project closure. The role includes managing project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and delivery quality, while translating business needs into project requirements in alignment with IT teams and external vendors. You will also coordinate testing, acceptance, deployments, and collaborate with teams responsible for systems maintenance, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects end-to-end: planning, defining scope/goals, schedule, budget, implementation, and closure

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality

• Partner with business users to identify, analyze, and prioritize needs

• Convert business needs into project requirements and align with IT teams and external suppliers

• Organize and coordinate project teams; ensure effective collaboration across stakeholders

• Track progress, costs, quality, and agreed scope; take corrective actions

• Manage changes, risks, delays, and escalations

• Coordinate external vendor collaboration; oversee contract and SLA execution

• Organize and coordinate testing, acceptance, and deployment of IT solutions

• Coordinate with teams responsible for system maintenance, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and materials for meetings and project committees

• Contribute to improving project management standards and methodologies

Requirements

• University degree

• At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects

• Experience independently serving as a Project Manager

• Experience running projects requiring collaboration between business, IT, and external vendors

• Experience analyzing business needs, collecting requirements, and defining IT solutions

• Ability to translate business needs into project scope, requirements, and deliverables

• Practical knowledge of project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality management principles

• Experience coordinating project teams and collaborating with external suppliers

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and standards such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum

• Ability to prepare project documentation, requirements, reports, and presentations

• Criminal record declaration confirming the candidate has not been convicted of an offense or tax offense

• Excellent organization, decision-making, problem-solving, and escalation response skills; ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
