Description

Lead end-to-end IT projects that enable scalable, integrated solutions across product development, quality, and plant operations. Drive projects covering systems such as PLM and CMMS, translating business requirements into executable plans while harmonizing standards across sites. Ensure delivery on scope, time, budget, and quality, including user readiness through UAT, training, cutover, and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full IT project lifecycle from initiation through hypercare and handover to operations
• Deliver against scope, time, budget, and quality with clear success criteria and milestones
• Lead projects across product development, quality, and plant operation domains (PLM, CMMS, and related shopfloor systems)
• Convert business requirements into project plans and drive site standardization/harmonization
• Lead cross-functional teams across internal staff, competence centers, and external partners
• Ensure stakeholder alignment across business and IT
• Apply project management methodology, maintain documentation completeness, and ensure audit readiness
• Provide regular status updates to steering committees and the PMO
• Manage project financials, vendor performance, and benefits realization
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with structured escalation
• Drive user readiness, UAT, training, cutover planning, and hypercare with business change leads

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in IT, Engineering, Business/IT, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience, ideally in an international/complex environment
• Proven delivery experience in manufacturing or product-related IT systems such as PLM or CMMS
• Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and IT
• Strong understanding of system integration, enterprise architecture, and data flows
• Financial awareness (budgeting, forecasting, benefits tracking)
• English fluency (written and spoken)
