Description

As a Solution Architect, you will own end-to-end solution architecture for applications and their interactions across the client group architecture landscape and third parties. You will apply strong domain and Decision Driven Design experience to create Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and translate complex As-Is/Transition/Target architectures into designs aligned to roadmaps. The role includes migration and decommissioning from legacy technologies to new ones, while coordinating inputs across architecture disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs)

• Own end-to-end Solution Architecture and collaborate across architecture disciplines

• Document complex As-Is / Transition / Target architectures aligned to roadmaps

• Plan migrating/decommissioning from legacy technologies to new technologies and remove obsolescence

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Solution Architecture experience

• Experience in IT Systems Design and Solutions Architecture in Financial Institutions (Retail or Corporate)

• Ability to create practical, workable architectures aligned to IT principles/standards and governance

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to communicate complex concepts and diplomatically challenge/influence stakeholders

• Ability to manage risks in a highly regulated business/environment
