• Role: Software Architect (Solution Architect)

Description

You’ll collaborate with business and IT teams to identify solution requirements and key use cases, then guide architectural, technical, and organizational decisions for future solutions. Your work covers pre-sales support, migration/transformation roadmaps, prototype and architecture documentation, and architecture governance across automation, security, implementation, and operations. You’ll also provide technical guidance for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise designs, lead architecture reviews and audits, and support implementation through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business to identify requirements and use cases for future solutions

• Support pre-sales: RFP processing, proposal development, and client communication

• Advise daily on architectural, technical, and organizational challenges

• Analyze existing applications and IT services; create roadmaps for migration, transformation, and automation

• Design prototypes and produce detailed architecture documents

• Define and drive unified strategy for architecture governance, automation, security, implementation, and operations

• Provide technical guidance on cloud, hybrid, and on-prem solution design and cost control best practices

• Conduct architecture reviews and audits; create reports

• Lead implementation from requirements to go-live

• Provide technical support and oversee engineering efforts

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture

• Practical understanding of design, integration, development, software architecture patterns, and solution architecture methods and practices

• Experience across the full SDLC using approaches/methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or RUP

• Proficiency designing deployment and configuration management automation (CI/CD)

• Experience with security automation (SAST/DAST)

• Experience with IT operations automation (AIOps) for different workloads

• Solid development experience with Java or .NET (full stack is a plus)

• Experience using libraries, frameworks, and patterns within technology stacks

• Hands-on development experience with multiple solution types (web, mobile, desktop)

• Cloud technologies and cloud migration strategy experience

• Experience building cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proactive leadership in architecture engagement

• Experience working on client-site assignments

• Strong communication skills; able to present technical concepts in a business-friendly way

• Fluency in English
