• Role: Software Architect (Solution Architect)

Description

Work with business and IT teams to design and implement cloud-centric solutions. You will identify solution requirements and use cases, create architecture documents and prototypes, and guide clients through architectural, technical, and organizational challenges. You’ll also establish architecture governance, security and automation strategy, run architecture reviews/audits, and support engineering through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with businesses to identify solution requirements and key use cases

• Support pre-sales: RFP processing, proposal development, and client communication

• Advise clients daily on architectural, technical, and organizational challenges

• Analyze existing applications and services; develop roadmaps for migration, transformation, and automation

• Design prototypes and create detailed architecture documentation

• Define a unified architecture governance strategy across automation, security, implementation, and operations

• Provide technical guidance for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise solution design and cost control best practices

• Conduct architecture reviews and audits; produce reports

• Lead solution implementation from project requirements to go-live

• Provide technical support and oversee engineering efforts

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture

• Practical understanding of design, integration, development, and solution architecture patterns and methods

• Experience across the full software development life cycle using approaches such as Agile, Scrum, or RUP

• Proficiency in designing deployment and configuration management automation (CI/CD)

• Proficiency in designing security automation (SAST/DAST)

• Proficiency in designing IT operations automation (AIOps) for different workloads

• Strong development background with Java or .NET (full stack is a plus)

• Experience using libraries, frameworks, and patterns within specific technology stacks

• Hands-on development experience with web, mobile, and/or desktop solutions

• Proven cloud expertise and migration strategies; experience building cloud-native solutions using at least one of Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proactive leadership in architecture engagements

• Experience with client-site assignments

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in business terms

• English fluency
