Quick Facts

Description

As a Solution Architect, you will own end-to-end solution architecture for applications and how they interact with other systems across the architecture landscape. You will create Solution Design Documents (SDDs), document as-is/transition/target architectures aligned to roadmaps, and guide modernization by planning migrating/decommissioning of legacy technologies. You will collaborate across architecture disciplines and influence stakeholders through clear, written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Apply domain experience and Decision Driven Design

• Create Solution Design Documents (SDDs)

• Own end-to-end Solution Architecture and coordinate input from other architecture disciplines

• Document complex as-is / transition / target architectures aligned to roadmaps

• Plan migration/decommissioning from legacy technologies to new technologies

• Help remove technology obsolescence

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Solution Architecture experience

• Experience in IT Systems Design and Solution Architecture in financial institutions (retail or corporate)

• Experience creating practical, workable architectures aligned to IT principles/standards and governance

• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate complex concepts (written and verbal)

• Ability to diplomatically challenge and influence stakeholders and colleagues

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
