• Role: Software Architect (Solution Architect)

Description

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to define solution requirements and key use cases, produce architecture documentation, and guide clients through architectural, technical, and organizational challenges. You will design strategies for architecture governance, automation, security, implementation, and operations, and support delivery from project requirements through go-live. You will analyze existing applications/services and develop roadmaps for migration, transformation, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify solution requirements and key use cases for future solutions
• Support pre-sales activities (RFP processing, proposal development, client communication)
• Guide clients on architectural, technical, and organizational challenges
• Analyze existing applications/IT services and create migration/transformation/automation roadmaps
• Design prototypes and produce detailed architecture documents
• Establish unified architecture governance strategy (automation, security, implementation, operations)
• Provide technical guidance for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise designs and cost control best practices
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits; create reports
• Lead implementation from requirements to go-live and oversee engineering efforts
• Provide technical support during implementation
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Solution Architecture
• Practical understanding of design, integration, development, software architecture patterns, and solution architecture design methods
• Experience across the full SDLC with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and RUP
• Ability to design deployment/configuration management automation (CI/CD), security automation (SAST/DAST), and IT operations automation (AIOps)
• Development experience with Java or .NET (full stack is a plus)
• Experience using libraries/frameworks/patterns within technology stacks
• Hands-on development experience across web, mobile, and desktop solutions
• Proven cloud knowledge, including migration strategies and cloud-native building (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive leadership in architecture engagements
• Experience in client-site assignments
• Excellent English communication; ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
