Description

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to identify solution requirements and use cases, support pre-sales activities (RFPs and proposals), and guide clients through architectural, technical, and organizational challenges. You will analyze existing applications, develop roadmaps for migration/transformation/automation, create prototypes and detailed architecture documents, and lead architecture reviews and audits. You will also support solution implementation from project requirements to go-live and oversee engineering efforts while ensuring architecture governance across security, automation, operations, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify solution requirements and key use cases for future solutions
• Participate in pre-sale activities: RFP processing, proposal development, and client communication
• Analyze current applications and IT services; build migration/transformation/automation roadmaps
• Design prototypes and produce detailed architecture documents
• Define a unified strategy for architecture governance, automation, security, implementation, and operations
• Provide technical guidance for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise designs and cost control best practices
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits and create reports
• Lead implementation from requirements to go-live
• Provide technical support and oversee engineering efforts
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture
• Practical understanding of software architecture patterns, solution architecture design methods, and practices
• Experience across all SDLC stages with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or RUP
• Ability to design deployment and configuration management automation (CI/CD)
• Experience implementing security automation (SAST/DAST) and IT operations automation (AIOps)
• Solid development experience in Java or .NET (full stack is a plus)
• Expertise with libraries, frameworks, and patterns within specific technology stacks
• Hands-on development experience across multiple solution types (web, mobile, desktop)
• Cloud technology knowledge and migration strategies; cloud-native experience on Azure/AWS/GCP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive architecture leadership and engagement with stakeholders
• Experience with client-site assignments
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present technical concepts to business audiences
• English fluency
