Description

Software Architect role focused on partnering with business and IT teams to define solution requirements, create target architectures, and guide implementation. You will analyze existing applications to build migration, transformation, and automation roadmaps, and develop architecture documentation and prototypes. You will lead implementation through go-live, conduct audits, and support engineering with up-to-date cloud and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with businesses to identify solution requirements and key use cases
• Participate in pre-sales activities (RFP processing, proposal development, client communication)
• Analyze existing applications and IT services and develop roadmaps for asset migration, transformation, and automation
• Design prototypes and create detailed architecture documents
• Develop a unified strategy for architecture governance, automation, security, implementation, and operations
• Consult on cloud, hybrid, and on-premise solution design and cost-control best practices
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits; create reports
• Lead solution implementation from project requirements to go-live
• Provide technical support and oversee engineering efforts
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture
• Practical understanding of software architecture patterns, integration, and solution architecture design methods
• Experience across the full SDLC using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or RUP
• Ability to design deployment and configuration management automation (CI/CD)
• Ability to design security automation (SAST/DAST) and IT operations automation (AIOps)
• Solid development experience with Java or .NET (full stack is a plus)
• Experience using libraries, frameworks, and patterns within specific technology stacks
• Hands-on development of multiple solutions (web, mobile, desktop)
• Proven cloud technologies and cloud migration strategies; cloud-native building experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive leadership in architecture engagement and stakeholder management
• Experience with client-site assignments
• Excellent communication skills; able to present technical concepts for business audiences
• Fluency in English
