Description

You will shape end-to-end enterprise architecture by partnering with business stakeholders and enterprise governance processes, turning solution use cases into clear requirements and scalable architectures.

You will analyze existing applications, define transition roadmaps for migration, transformation, and automation, and support prototypes, proof of concepts, and architecture governance for security and operations.

You will also participate in pre-sales activities (RFP processing, proposal development, and client communication) and support solution implementation through go-live.

Requirements

• Define business outcomes and connect KPIs/OKRs to epics/features
• Create current-state vs target-state architectures and multi-quarter transition roadmaps
• Understand software architecture patterns, solution architecture design methods, and integration practices
• Experience across the full SDLC using approaches such as Agile/Scrum/RUP
• Design deployment and automation: CI/CD, security automation (SAST/DAST), and IT operations automation (AIOps)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive architecture leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Technically deep; able to learn new technologies quickly and share knowledge
• Fluency in English
• Hands-on development experience with Java or .NET or Python (full stack a plus)
• Cloud expertise and cloud migration experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Knowledge of microservice architecture patterns, APIs, integration, and containerization (plus)
• Advantage: hands-on GenAI solution design and development; willingness to learn GenAI novelties
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience architecting large software systems
• Understand Digital/IT transformation and Business Architecture concepts (BizBoK/TOGAF best practices)
