Description

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to identify solution requirements and use cases, develop architecture documents and prototypes, and guide clients through architectural, technical, and organizational challenges. You will analyze existing applications and services, create migration/transformation roadmaps, lead architecture reviews, and support implementation from requirements to go-live. The role emphasizes cloud-centric design across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments, including governance, automation, security, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify solution requirements and key use cases for future solutions
• Support pre-sales activities (RFP processing, proposal development, client communication)
• Analyze existing applications/services and create migration, transformation, and automation roadmaps
• Design prototypes and produce detailed architecture documents
• Define a unified architecture governance strategy (automation, security, implementation, operations)
• Provide technical consulting for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise solutions and cost control best practices
• Perform architecture reviews and audits; create reports
• Lead solution implementation from project requirements to go-live
• Provide technical support and oversee engineering efforts
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture
• Practical understanding of software architecture patterns, solution architecture design methods, and integration/development
• Experience across the full SDLC with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or RUP
• Proficiency in deployment and configuration management automation (CI/CD)
• Experience with security automation (SAST/DAST) and IT operations automation (AIOps)
• Solid development experience in Java or .NET (full stack is a plus)
• Experience using libraries, frameworks, and patterns within specific technology stacks
• Hands-on development across multiple solution types (web, mobile, desktop)
• Proven cloud technologies knowledge and cloud migration strategies; experience building cloud-native solutions using Azure or AWS or GCP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive leadership in architecture engagement
• Experience with client-site assignments
• Strong communication skills; ability to present technical concepts for business audiences
• English fluency
