• Role: Senior Solution Architect (AI-native, enterprise architecture and pre-sales)

Description

Shape end-to-end enterprise and solution architecture, guiding delivery teams and clients from early discovery through implementation and go-live. You will translate business outcomes into solution requirements and target-state architectures, run governance and architecture reviews, and support cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solution design. The role also includes pre-sales activities such as RFP processing and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define clear solution requirements, use cases, and business outcomes

• Participate in enterprise governance processes (e.g., ARB)

• Support pre-sales: process RFPs, develop proposals, and communicate with clients

• Guide clients daily through architectural, technical, and organizational challenges

• Analyze existing applications and define roadmaps for asset migration, transformation, and automation

• Develop prototypes, proof of concepts, and detailed architecture documents

• Create a unified governance strategy covering architecture, automation, security, implementation, and operations

• Provide technical guidance on cloud, hybrid, and on-premises design and cost-control best practices

• Conduct architecture reviews/audits and produce reports

• Run client meetings, workshops, and governance events (often with onsite travel)

• Oversee implementation from requirements through go-live

• Provide technical support and oversee engineering efforts

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Proficiency in defining business outcomes, KPIs/OKRs, and benefits realization linked to epics/features

• Ability to define current-state vs target-state architecture and build multi-quarter transition roadmaps for incremental delivery

• Practical understanding of design, integration, development, and solution/software architecture patterns and methods

• Experience across the full SDLC with methods such as Agile, Scrum, RUP, or similar

• Ability to design deployment and configuration management automation (CI/CD), security automation (SAST/DAST), and IT operations automation (AIOps)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Technologist mindset with ability to deep-dive into new technologies quickly and share knowledge

• Proactive leadership in architecture engagements

• Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts in a business-friendly way

• Ability to collaborate with diverse technical and business stakeholders

• Proven technical advisory track record

• Ability to learn, retain, and reuse business domain knowledge

• English fluency

• Strong hands-on development experience with at least one of: Java, .NET, Python (full stack is a plus)

• Expertise with libraries/frameworks/patterns within specific technology stacks

• Hands-on development of multiple solution types (web, mobile, desktop)

• Cloud technologies and cloud migration strategy experience; experience building cloud-native solutions with at least one of: Azure, AWS, GCP

• Microservice architecture patterns, APIs, integration, and containerization (plus)

• Hands-on GenAI solution design and development (advantage)

• Production experience in domains such as Financial Services, Retail, Life Sciences, or Healthcare

• Understanding of Digital/IT Transformation and contribution to organizational transformation

• Understanding of Business Architecture concepts and recognition of BizBoK/TOGAF best practices

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in architecture of large software systems
