• Role: Software Architect (Solution Architect)

Description

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify solution requirements and key use cases, and guide architectural, technical, and organizational decisions. Analyze existing applications and IT services, create migration/transformation/automation roadmaps, develop prototypes, and produce detailed architecture documents. Lead architecture governance, perform reviews/audits, support implementations from requirements to go-live, and provide technical guidance across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise solutions with cost-control best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture
• Practical understanding of software architecture patterns, solution architecture methods, integration, and development
• Experience across the full software development life cycle using approaches such as Agile, Scrum, or RUP
• Ability to design deployment, CI/CD, security automation (SAST/DAST), and IT operations automation (AIOps) for different workloads
• Solid development experience with Java or .NET (full stack is a plus)
• Experience using libraries/frameworks/patterns within technology stacks
• Hands-on experience developing multiple solution types (web, mobile, desktop)
• Proven cloud experience and cloud migration strategies; experience building cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive leadership in architecture engagements
• Experience with client-site assignments
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical topics to business audiences
• English fluency
