Description

Lead, coach, and motivate an outbound SDR team for the Czech and Slovak markets. You will review calls, deliver practical feedback, run weekly training and role-plays, onboard new SDRs and Sales Representatives, and manage the team’s daily KPI rhythm. You’ll also stay hands-on by doing outbound calling and working closely with Sales Managers to continuously improve the SDR process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach an SDR team focused on outbound calling in CZ/SK

  • Listen to calls regularly and provide actionable feedback to improve call quality and conversion rate

  • Conduct weekly trainings, role-plays, and coaching sessions based on team results

  • Onboard new SDRs and Sales Representatives and accelerate time-to-productivity

  • Maintain daily team cadence, motivation, and focus on key KPIs

  • Track metrics: number of calls, conversion rate, number of meetings booked, and meeting quality

  • Identify underperformance areas and implement practical improvement actions

  • Participate in outbound calling to stay close to execution and lead by example

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and other teams to improve the SDR process

Requirements

  • Fluent Czech or Slovak

  • English B2+ for internal communication

  • Proven phone sales experience, preferably B2B outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation

  • Strong cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, and gatekeeper experience

  • Prior experience leading a small sales team or onboarding/coaching new members (advantage)

  • Hospitality/restaurant segment experience (significant advantage)

  • Strong communication and coaching skills; can provide direct feedback while keeping the team motivated

  • Ability to work with KPIs, conversion data, and performance targets

  • Hands-on, practical approach (willing to call directly)

  • Results-oriented and proactive; maintains team energy in high-volume activity environments
