Description

You will lead a development team working on a top-tier application for technical analysis of radar signals. The role combines people leadership with hands-on participation in design, coding, and continuous improvements, with a strong focus on code quality standards. You will collaborate across development, testing, and hardware teams and help turn user issues into effective functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team: assign tasks, track progress, and support developers
• Participate in development: design, coding, and improving the system
• Promote code quality and advance software development standards
• Collaborate across the organization with development teams, testers, and the hardware department
• Analyze user problems and propose efficient functional solutions
• Contribute to documentation: architecture proposals and technical write-ups

Requirements

• Willingness to lead a team and support its growth
• Experience programming in C++
• Knowledge of object-oriented design and software development principles
• Experience with the full software lifecycle
• English at a communicative level (minimum B2)
• Independence, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new things
