Description

You will design and implement CRM campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle—starting from onboarding new clients, moving to activation, ongoing care, and reactivation. Your day-to-day work includes building email and SMS automations, using CDP tools (Bloomreach, Meiro) to create segments based on customer data and behavior, and configuring triggers, automation logic, entry/exit conditions, and suppression logic. You will also evaluate performance with A/B tests and continuously look for ways to improve campaign relevance and results.

Responsibilities

• Propose and build automated CRM campaigns via email and SMS

• Create customer segments using CDP tools (Bloomreach, Meiro)

• Set up triggers, automation flows, campaign entry/exit conditions, and suppression logic

• Translate business requirements into specific data segments

• Design and evaluate A/B tests; identify opportunities to improve campaign performance

• Collaborate with marketing, product, data, sales, and customer support

• Use AI to accelerate and improve daily work

Requirements

• Understanding of CRM marketing and ability to combine marketing thinking with data

• Ideally experience with CDP or similar platforms

• Strong knowledge of segmentation, event data, and behavioral automations

• Ability to analyze business requirements, define target audiences, and set clear measurable campaign goals

• Willingness to experiment, evaluate data, and communicate insights clearly

• Awareness that quality CRM depends on correct data handling, consent, and GDPR
