Description

You will design, develop, and govern HubSpot/CRM architecture and the supporting Revenue Operations ecosystem. The role covers CRM data models and properties, advanced workflows and automation, HubSpot integrations, and revenue/lead analytics. You will also establish data governance and GDPR-aligned consent logic and drive CRM adoption through training and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot & CRM architecture: design and oversee Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Revenue Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub architecture

  • Data architecture: properties, views, permissions, Custom Objects, and object relationships; ensure consistency, scalability, and data quality

  • Automation & workflows: identify optimization opportunities; design and optimize advanced workflows supporting marketing, sales, customer success, operations, and outbound

  • Integrations & MarTech/SalesTech: architect HubSpot integrations with external tools and evaluate the impact of new tools

  • Process governance & RevOps operations: map and optimize revenue lifecycle processes; document business processes (BPMN or similar)

  • Standards and documentation: create and maintain standards for architecture docs, data flows, procedures, and user instructions

  • Lead/company/deal management analytics: build revenue attribution and conversion/revenue tracking; optimize UTM-based analytics and funnel KPIs (CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity)

  • Lead scoring and lifecycle automation: develop lead/company/deal scoring (including predictive scoring) and lead lifecycle nurturing/onboarding automations

  • Segmentation, imports, and synchronization: build advanced segmentation and manage import/sync processes

  • Dashboards and data quality analysis: deliver dashboards and analyze data quality and sources

  • Data governance & compliance: enforce CRM data governance and hygiene standards; design marketing consent structures according to GDPR

  • Subscription/comms logic: manage subscription, re-subscription, and communication paths, including during integrations/migrations

  • Enablement, adoption & leadership: run training/workshops, create enablement materials, onboard users, mentor others, and act as an escalation point for complex technical/process issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (HubSpot, CRM, RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Automation, or similar)

  • English proficiency at least C1

  • Strong practical HubSpot experience; able to design solution-wide architecture (not only single automations)

  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Hub and Sales Hub; experience with Operations Hub and/or Service Hub

  • Experience designing data models, Custom Objects, and CRM data management rules and relationships

  • Experience designing system integrations; practical iPaaS experience (Zapier, Make, n8n)

  • Knowledge of marketing-sales tools and how to integrate them with CRM (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Outreach)

  • Experience integrating CRM with business systems (ERP, accounting, billing, CPQ, data warehouses)

  • Ability to map and document complex business processes; BPMN is a plus

  • Experience with lead scoring, attribution, conversion tracking, and revenue analytics

  • Understanding of the marketing-to-sales-to-customer-success funnel dependencies and logic

  • Experience building Data Governance standards and managing GDPR-related processes

  • Ability to create CRM working standards and roll them out effectively

  • Experience leading training, onboarding, mentoring, and adoption support

  • Experience delivering projects/backlog prioritization in Agile/Scrum (Jira/Confluence as needed)

  • Proactive, independent, ownership-oriented approach
