Description

You will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system. The role focuses on designing and implementing digital sales processes and delivering sales reporting in a cloud environment, while also owning both the technical and functional development of the CRM. You will identify and implement new CRM features end-to-end, including integrations, testing, rollout, support, and user training.

Responsibilities

• Work in the CRM project team on the design and implementation of digital sales processes and sales reporting in a cloud environment

• Own the functional and technical further development of the CRM system in an interdisciplinary, agile team

• Identify technical solutions, program, implement, test, and roll out new CRM functions

• Design, set up, and maintain interfaces to connected IT systems

• Provide 2nd-level support as the central contact within Corporate IT

• Coordinate external service providers

• Prepare and deliver trainings for key users and end users

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable education (ideally with a sales focus)

• Understanding of sales processes and strong affinity to digitalization topics

• Strong technical understanding and analytical skills

• Experience in administration, customizing, and programming with Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Knowledge of CRM-to-data-warehouse integrations and related software solutions such as S/4HANA

• Ideally experience with Power BI

• Excellent MS Office skills

• Very good German and English skills
