Description

You will support the evolution of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system by turning stakeholder needs from Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service into actionable requirements and solution concepts. The role includes designing scalable processes and validating technical feasibility and business value, then implementing Dynamics solutions with development teams with an emphasis on standard-aligned solutions. You will also configure Dynamics CE (custom fields, tables, relationships), enable users with guides, and provide ongoing support while taking ownership up to (partial) project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements with customers and derive opportunities and action recommendations

• Create future-ready functional solution concepts and functional processes; assess technical feasibility and business benefit

• Implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions with development teams, preferably close to the standard

• Use specific tools or modules within Microsoft Dynamics

• Create custom fields, tables, and relationships in Dynamics CE and ensure availability in the user interface

• Provide instructions for using new fields and toolsets; support the business area with support topics

• Take responsibility up to (partial) project leadership

• Adopt the customer perspective and bring together Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service processes for a 360° customer view and seamless customer experience

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification

• First Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge, preferably in Sales, Marketing, and Service modules

• Preferably experience with agile project methods such as Scrum

• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking

• High customer and results orientation

• Communicative and proactive working style
