Description

You will independently manage clients’ email campaigns from the initial proposal through testing, correct technical setup of automations and sends, and successful delivery. You’ll create email broadcasts and automations with the team, including graphic and copy content, and then analyze results to identify optimization opportunities. The position also includes consulting on clients’ email marketing activities and developing strategies, plus working with templates and notifications across channels.

Responsibilities

• Audit potential clients’ email marketing activities and propose an optimal strategy

• Develop email communication for existing clients

• Analyze data from email tools and produce reports

• Design new campaigns based on client data

• Communicate with existing clients and handle their requests

• Lead projects together with the designer and email team

• Implement campaigns into the broader marketing communication

• Prepare templates and newsletters in HTML and a Drag&Drop editor

• Work with SMS and Push notifications

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of email marketing

• Experience with CDP tools for email marketing (Bloomreach/Exponea preferred; Meiro or Salesforce acceptable)

• Knowledge of personalization and automation for email campaigns

• Experience with HTML (at least passive)

• Experience with Looker Studio and Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team

• Experience with project leadership

• Analytical thinking

• Czech/Slovak language at native-speaker level
