Description

You will manage email marketing and broader CRM communication (including SMS, WhatsApp, transactional messaging, web personalization, and loyalty program communications) across CZ, SK, and PL. The role is about reaching the right customers with the right offer at the right time using data-driven segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. You will also propose and optimize CRM automations across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing and other CRM channels: SMS, WhatsApp, transactional communication, web personalizations, loyalty program
• Decide who to target, when to reach them, and what message to send
• Prepare and evaluate A/B tests
• Design and optimize automation across the customer lifecycle
• Work with segmentation, campaign performance, and CRM data
• Find new opportunities to improve results

Requirements

• Experience in email marketing
• Data-driven mindset focused on segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
• Ability to think about the customer journey and the business impact of communication
