Description

You will manage end-to-end delivery of IT/digital projects—from customer requirements and initial proposal through development input, realization oversight, and go-live. You’ll analyze customer context and needs, structure requirements, and propose technically feasible solutions. You’ll also support presales by preparing offers, estimates, schedules, and presenting proposed solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage delivery steps to ensure projects reach a functional result

  • Own scope, timelines, budget, and capacity; coordinate internal teams and external suppliers

  • Continuously manage customer expectations

  • Conduct customer analysis/interviews and translate needs into actionable solutions

  • Collaborate with business and engineering teams to bridge context and provide solution direction

  • Contribute to offers, effort estimates, and schedules in the presales phase

  • Influence the roadmap/direction of related products based on customer needs

Requirements

  • Experience managing digital or IT projects/products and their delivery

  • Ability to take ownership of a problem and deliver a concrete outcome

  • Ability to interview customers and translate needs into feasible solutions

  • Ability to communicate with sales and technical teams and connect both sides with the right context

  • Ability to structure requirements and prepare clear specifications

  • Ability to work with priorities, deadlines, and budgets; make decisions under limited capacity

  • Reliability and responsibility for owned work

  • English B2+; Czech or Slovak at a very good level

  • Advantage: experience with B2B/B2G, presales, external IT vendors, data products, maps/map services, GIS, mobility, or logistics
