Description

You will lead an ICT project stream within a strategic transformation program focused on building a modern ecosystem for claims and benefits handling. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and oversees planning, testing (acceptance, performance, security), production releases, and transition of new systems to operations. You will ensure environments and delivery progress are managed effectively while monitoring risk, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own the ICT project stream covering infrastructure, environments, security, performance, testing, and deployments.

• Manage an interdisciplinary team including test managers, release managers, DevOps engineers, and infrastructure/security/performance architects.

• Coordinate setup and evolution of development, integration, test, and production environments.

• Coordinate execution of acceptance, performance, and security tests.

• Prepare and run production deployments.

• Prepare and hand over new systems to operations.

• Plan work, track progress, and manage risk, budget, and schedule.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, long-term IT projects as an IT Project Manager.

• End-to-end IT project ownership across the product lifecycle: discovery, estimation and planning, delivery and implementation, plus continued development and maintenance.

• Practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall.

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and MS Project.

• Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and budgets.

• Strong sense of ownership and consistency in achieving goals.

• Business-level English for smooth communication.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe/Agile).

• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence throughout project execution.
