Description

You will manage IT projects from initial proposal through successful deployment. The role includes planning project schedules and budgets, coordinating internal IT teams and external suppliers, and analyzing organizational needs to identify opportunities for simplification and digitalization. You will also help define and execute IT strategy and development initiatives, monitor technology trends, and report progress to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT projects from concept to successful go-live

  • Plan project timelines, budgets, and step-by-step activities

  • Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendors

  • Analyze organizational needs and propose process simplifications and digitalization

  • Create and implement IT strategy and development projects

  • Track technology trends and assess organizational benefits

  • Analyze the current IT environment and propose further development

  • Prepare materials, presentations, and regular reporting for management

  • Communicate with leadership, IT teams, expert departments, and external vendors

  • Organize and lead project workshops and trainings

Requirements

  • University degree

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years managing IT projects independently or leading major parts of them

  • Practical knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI/PMBOK, IPMA, ISO 21502)

  • Ability to plan, manage risks and changes, and control budget and resources while handling deviations promptly

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Basic orientation in IT architecture, infrastructure, applications, cloud, integrations, and IT service operations

  • Orientation in vendor management, public procurement, and baseline cybersecurity/information protection requirements

  • Independent, responsible, and consistent; able to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders at once
