Description

Lead IT development and implementation projects while combining project management with consulting/analysis. You will communicate with clients and the delivery team, analyze requirements, propose meaningful solutions, and manage budget, deadlines, quality, and documentation. You will also be able to perform basic system configuration such as settings for number lists, user rights, screen appearance, alerts, and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and implementation projects for information systems
• Communicate with clients (users, sponsors) and with the development team
• Analyze requirements and propose solutions; understand the process and act as a consultant
• Monitor budget, deadlines, and quality
• Maintain project documentation and regularly evaluate project progress
• Plan and coordinate the team’s activities
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders
• Continuously improve how work is done (make it simpler, better, smarter)
• Perform basic configuration of the information system (e.g., number lists, user permissions, screens, alerts, workflows)

Requirements

• Experience with managing IT projects
• Enjoy consulting/analytical work: understand connections and think in terms of the system
• Strong communication and organization; drive tasks to completion
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to set priorities and re-adjust them quickly and reasonably
• Independent work style while working effectively with a team
• Careful and detail-oriented; follow through on tasks
• Advantage: experience in information systems or software development
• Advantage: IT orientation and awareness of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
