Description

You will support employees on-site, in branch offices, and during field work, administering client systems and central IT services such as VPN, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and mobile services. You will help implement and migrate solutions and assist with datacenter administration including servers, storage, network, and firewall services. You will also contribute to improving the group’s security posture as part of the IT services team.

Responsibilities

• Support employees on-site, at branch locations, and during field visits
• Install and administer clients and set up centralized IT services (e.g., VPN, Microsoft 365, SAP)
• Provide and administer communication services including Microsoft Teams and mobile services
• Contribute to implementation and migration projects
• Support administration of internal datacenter services (servers, storage, network, firewalls)
• Help develop the organization’s security across the group

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable IT qualification
• Practical experience in employee support and IT administration
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365/Office 365, Windows Server, and network infrastructure
• Ideally knowledge of Linux, MS Azure, Active Directory (on-prem & Azure), and Intune
• Service-oriented, open communication and teamwork skills
• Conceptual thinking and initiative-taking
• Pragmatic, solution-focused approach
• Good German and English skills
• Basic IT security understanding (endpoint security, IAM, MFA, Conditional Access, SIEM)
• Basic understanding of attack vectors and modern cyber tactics (e.g., phishing) is beneficial
• Interest in actively contributing to securing the group
