Description

You will administer and secure IT infrastructure with a focus on firewall technologies and reliable network operations. The role includes maintaining Microsoft and Linux server systems, supporting application servers, and participating in on-call duties to ensure stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Administer firewall systems, especially with Fortinet technologies
• Use experience with Cisco-based network infrastructure
• Implement, support, and maintain IT systems for smooth operations
• Administer and operate Microsoft and Linux server operating systems; support application servers
• Create documentation and handbooks to support internal processes
• Actively participate in on-call duty to ensure IT stability and security

Requirements

• Completed IT education/training
• First professional experience in IT infrastructure (Exchange Server and Active Directory)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet, Microsoft, Linux) or willingness to obtain them
• Ideally experience in user support
• Strong analytical and technical thinking
• Service mindset; proactive, motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
• No challenges with on-call duty
• Good English skills
• Solid MS Office knowledge, especially very good skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
