Description

You will support users (1st and 2nd level), improve and maintain IT systems, and help deliver IT projects. The role includes administering and developing the IT infrastructure (servers, clients, Microsoft 365, Intune), monitoring stable IT operations, and troubleshooting incidents with sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support at 1st- and 2nd-level
• Contribute to IT projects and independently implement partial projects
• Analyze, optimize, and further develop existing IT systems and processes
• Administer and develop IT infrastructure (servers, clients, Microsoft 365, Intune)
• Manage users and permissions (e.g., Active Directory)
• Manage endpoints and mobile work setups
• Analyze and resolve incidents and implement lasting problem solutions
• Monitor and ensure stable IT operations
• Document and continuously improve IT processes

Requirements

• Experience in IT support and/or system administration
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common Windows environments
• Confident handling of ticket systems
• Analytical, structured approach to problems
• Strong communication and service-oriented working style
• High initiative and motivation to learn new topics
