Description

You will support and maintain customers’ IT systems on-site and remotely, mainly using Microsoft products (Windows Server and Windows clients). The role includes planning, installing, configuring, documenting, and troubleshooting network infrastructure, as well as installing and configuring hardware and software. You will also introduce and support cloud systems for customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer IT systems on-site and via remote support (Windows Server, Windows clients)
• Plan, install, configure, and document network infrastructure
• Analyze and resolve network issues
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Introduce and support cloud systems for customers

Requirements

• Completed IT vocational training or comparable experience
• Experience in IT environments or service/help desk; system house experience is a plus
• Microsoft knowledge for servers and clients
• Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
• Class B driver’s license
• German C2 level (required)
