Description

You will support and deliver customer IT projects from requirements gathering through analysis and implementation. The position focuses on integrating and implementing cloud services (M365), advising and implementing security solutions, and planning, installing, and maintaining IT infrastructure including Windows Servers. You will also analyze and resolve incidents and independently tackle complex IT challenges.

Responsibilities

• Run customer projects end-to-end (intake, analysis, implementation)

• Connect, advise on, and implement cloud services (M365)

• Advise on and implement security solutions (anti-malware/anti-virus, access protection)

• Plan, install, and maintain IT infrastructure and Windows Servers

• Analyze and resolve IT issues

• Independently solve complex IT challenges

Requirements

• Completed IT training or a similar qualification

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience

• Confident with virtualization and Microsoft operational/server systems

• Knowledge of Office 365 and cloud technologies

• Experience in IT security and network technologies (routing, switching, firewalling)

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Independent, cross-functional, and customer-focused way of working

• Valid Class B driver’s license

• Very good German skills
