Description

You’ll help shape embedded payments experiences that are rapid to integrate, easy to use, and scalable for customer growth. You’ll create user-centric solutions by partnering with research and engineering, building story- and journey-based design assets, and delivering mid to high-fidelity prototypes. You will present your work regularly to stakeholders and use feedback to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand user needs and design solutions

  • Work with UX researchers on job stories, journey maps, and service blueprints

  • Contribute to storyboard workflows, journey/story maps, and other strategic design assets

  • Lead design workshops and observe user research sessions

  • Incorporate feedback from design reviews, critiques, and user research into prototypes and deliverables

  • Evaluate problem spaces and solutions to identify opportunities for UX investment and improvement

  • Gather user insights and benchmark research against worldpay-for-platforms and competitor solutions

  • Partner on visual designs and design documentation for embedded platform experiences

  • Create and maintain mid to high-fidelity prototypes for user research and engineering deliverables

  • Prepare engineering-ready assets and ensure seamless integration of white-labeled design elements

  • Present work in design team reviews, stakeholder reviews, and peer critiques

Requirements

  • Experience designing complex B2B products and usable experiences for real users

  • Strong communication and ability to work effectively in remote/hybrid distributed environments

  • Ability and enthusiasm to dig into technical details of payments software and systems

  • Willingness to actively contribute to an inclusive, diverse product design culture

  • Proven ability to incorporate feedback from critiques, reviews, and user research
