Description

You will design intuitive, engaging experiences for TikTok’s PGC platform for a global audience. Working with cross-functional partners across product, UX research, writers, and engineers, you will prototype, iterate, and deliver end-to-end, pixel-perfect design solutions from idea to launch. You will track and review online impact and take ownership of usability, consistency, and overall user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for TikTok’s professionally generated content (PGC) platform for global users.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, writers, and engineers to bring product ideas to life.

• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to final pixel-perfect execution.

• Rapidly prototype, design data- and research-informed user flows, gather stakeholder feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality experiences.

• Continuously refine and improve product experience with ownership of usability, consistency, and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating multiple projects from concept to launch; exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to rapidly generate and iterate on a wide range of design concepts and solutions.

• Openness to feedback and ability to adapt to different perspectives.

• Entrepreneurial mindset for navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions, ideas, and user value.

• Global outlook and interest in international digital products and user behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design across mobile, web, or TV platforms, especially in content creation or media consumption contexts.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-informed design practices.

• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Front-end development or animation skills are a plus.
