Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer with a strong background in user-centered design, behavioral design, and digital product innovation. The ideal candidate will design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms, lead product discovery initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. The role focuses on translating complex business requirements into seamless user experiences while driving measurable customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX design activities, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Design intuitive and user-centered digital experiences that simplify complex business workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams to define product strategy and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and accessibility-compliant design standards.
  • Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and journey analytics to make data-driven design decisions and optimize user experiences.
  • Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder discussions, and product discovery sessions to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Mentor design teams and communicate design concepts, recommendations, and business value to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting using enterprise-grade tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, SiteScope).
  • Analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and DR runbooks.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Capital Markets / Primary Markets deal execution (5+ years preferable).
  • Strong understanding of New Issue, Book Building, and Syndication workflows in Fixed Income and Equities.
  • Prior experience providing desk-aligned production support in a trading floor or capital markets environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills; resolve critical production issues quickly under pressure.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; interact confidently with front-office users.
  • Knowledge of bond fundamentals and capital markets execution processes (mandatory).
  • Ability to document workflows, create knowledge repositories, and provide effective training.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; manage multiple issues and requests simultaneously.
  • Experience with vendor platforms for deal execution (e.g., Ipreo / Primary Portal / Dealogic) is a plus.
