Description

Design best-in-class eCommerce B2B experiences for enterprise customers, supporting sales and management of bulk orders and companion services. Work with qualitative and quantitative data to create intuitive, scalable solutions across landing pages, checkout, promotions/partnership platforms, and a B2B microsite.

Responsibilities

  • Create UX for B2B web products and new systems for bulk order sales and management

  • Design scalable, customizable landing page templates for client-specific branding and messaging

  • Enable self-service management of orders, billing, payments, and membership statuses

  • Design branded checkout flows supporting complex scenarios (e.g., split-tender, subsidies, customizable messaging)

  • Design and govern a centralized promotions and partnership-enabled platform

  • Own UX for the B2B microsite “For Organizations”

  • Create UI solutions that scale for international expansion

  • Understand enterprise customer needs across sectors (healthcare, military, partnerships, research)

  • Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web designs

  • Recommend UX/UI improvements using analytics, user research, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and internal/external stakeholders to iterate on scalable features

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a UI/UX designer with time building eCommerce platforms, SaaS, or dashboard tools

  • Excellent use of the Figma ecosystem; competent with AI tools such as Gemini, Loveable, or Claude

  • Experience delivering enterprise/B2B solutions including invoicing and global payment methods

  • Portfolio showcasing thoughtful UI and UX work

  • Strong understanding of design systems, UI patterns, and responsive web principles

  • Ability to find and solve strategic business and customer improvements using analytics and research

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a distributed team

  • Ability to manage multiple features or epics and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience owning and driving user research activities

  • Supports squad leaders to plan and structure sprints

  • Intermediate prototyping skills to communicate ideas
