Description

Transform complex tasks into intuitive, accessible designs across the entire user experience lifecycle. Lead discovery of customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, generative, and quantitative research, and translate insights into UX vision, direction, and strategy. Communicate the initiative through user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes, while guiding usability improvements for new and existing products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide UX discovery using contextual inquiries, generative research, and quantitative research
• Uncover latent customer needs and set design direction and strategy
• Create and communicate UX concepts using user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes
• Set usability direction for products and adjust based on shifting customer expectations
• Establish research methods, conduct studies, and present findings to support customer-experience improvements

Requirements

• 4–6 years of related experience
• 8+ years leading experience design for digital initiatives supporting web and mobile
• Experience working between a Product Owner/Product Manager and development staff
• Expert-level Figma (5+ years)
• Prototyping skills
• Expert requirement gathering and analysis
• UX collaboration experience
• 3+ years’ experience in banking/investment/financial institutions
• Agile methodologies experience
• Design with AI experience
• Nice to have: ability to move between iterative prototyping and enterprise application development/support
