Description

Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery for enterprise and SaaS experiences. Partner with Product Management and Engineering to research users, translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences, and measure impact. Contribute to AI-enabled user experiences (including workflows and copilots) while evolving design systems and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product design activities from discovery through delivery
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to understand customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
  • Conduct user research (stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, usability evaluations)
  • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive UX
  • Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and cross-functional working sessions
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards
  • Define success criteria for design initiatives with Product Management
  • Evaluate product performance using qualitative and quantitative data
  • Monitor adoption, usability, engagement, and customer feedback metrics
  • Collaborate with distributed/global teams to continuously improve usability and customer outcomes
  • Design AI-enabled experiences, workflows, copilots, and productivity tools

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Product Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related, or equivalent professional experience
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Product Design/UX/Interaction Design or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated success designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex B2B products
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with dense data, multi-user workflows, and administrative/operational systems
  • Strong product thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to independently drive discovery and translate research insights into decisions
  • Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and influence product decisions using research and data
  • Experience defining, measuring, and communicating UX metrics tied to customer and business outcomes
  • Experience using product analytics, customer feedback, and usage data to inform design decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Figma (prototyping, component libraries, design system contribution)
  • Solid understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design
  • Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day direction in a cross-functional environment
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and measurable outcomes

  • Salary range: $116,000–$174,000 (may vary based on factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs)
