Description

Lead the evolution of digital experiences by driving the UX design lifecycle from discovery to implementation. Design seamless interactions across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams. Independently lead design exploration, define problems, and propose impactful solutions that meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full UX design lifecycle, from initial discovery to final implementation

• Design seamless interactions across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile platforms

• Collaborate with a cross-functional Agile team to co-create solutions

• Independently lead design exploration and decision-making

• Take ownership of assigned projects and resolve challenges

• Maintain high design standards and adhere to channel guidelines and an established design system

• Communicate clearly and build strong partnerships across teams

• Mentor or support less experienced designers

Requirements

• 6–10 years of UX design experience for digital products (or equivalent)

• 1+ year of UX experience for touch-based mobile interfaces

• Online portfolio showing design thinking and innovative solutions

• Experience with user research, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for testing

• Proficiency with Figma
