Description

Support the order operations team to ensure customer orders ship on time. Prepare IT products for dispatch, including picking and packing, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes. You may also join projects and sprints to improve capacity and scalability and assist with other hands-on startup operations needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders ship on time with the order operations team
• Pick and pack products and prepare them for dispatch to customers
• Maintain inventory accuracy within product categories (cycle counting, stock-takes, etc.)
• Participate in projects and sprints to increase capacity and scalability
• Perform hands-on startup operations tasks as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in a fulfillment warehouse or distribution center
• Motivated, fast learner willing to contribute across startup areas
• Strong interest in learning how to build and scale a growing business
• IT fulfillment experience is a plus
